All projects initiated by TCT over the last 50 years have been based on the needs of our surrounding communities as expressed at the grassroots to our field team.<\/p><p>Ranipet was designated an independent district in 2019 after a trifurcation of the Vellore district. However, the healthcare infrastructure has not grown beyond Vellore town and its suburbs- 40 minutes to an hour away from most rural centers of Ranipet.
